Xceleran has talented Bookkeeping and Accounting Staff to help nearly all Companies use Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) to drive their business to more profitability.  Our excellent staff will be responsible for all of your routine transactions to help your business maintain strong fiduciary controls.  We will perform the basics while minimizing time and expenses.  We recommend Cloud-based Accounting Software from Intuit: QuickBooks Online.  While our staff has expertise in the Software, your Company naturally maintains all the administrative controls over the Software.  Delegate any portion of the internal Bookkeeping and Accounting operation or allow Xceleran to take over the entire Bookkeeping and Accounting Process.  We have the talent all the way up to CPA’s with Audit Experience or down to the basics of Bookkeeping and all at costs that are highly efficient. 

Our Pricing models are simple but allow a plan for any Company.

In order to price out BPO Services for a Virtual Administrative Assistant or Call Center Representative, it’s critical to dive into all the factors for a client.

  • Is this a daytime shift?
  • What time zone?
  • Is this a non-daytime shift?
  • What level of multi-tasking is necessary?
  • How many people are needed for the position / positions?
  • What level of maturity is needed?
  • Is a gender preferred?
  • Should the agent be bi-lingual? 
  • Is this a permanent or temporary role?

After we review the criteria with a client, we can price out the roles.  The ranges are from $5/hour to $25/hour.
